Quiet Title Action is a unique court action handles certain issue. A specific claim would be a real or preceived break in the chain of title. Quiet Title Action nevertheless does not deal with real estate ownership issues. The intention of Quiet Title Action is to clear title issues such as a break in the chain of title where it's principal function would be to eliminate a break, also known as cloud in the title.
